Halfling Cities
Rootvale:
- Rootvale is the main hub of Halflings, simply by virtue of having existed the longest. It's the home of Brunstead Agamane, and the majority of the Agamane clan.
- It is ruled by Solomon Agamane, the longest ruling Chieftain.
- Their main export is root vegetables, and Lunger Leaf Tobacco. Names as such for its ability to linger in the lungs. It's said that one puff of Lunger Leaf is the same as several of any other tobacco.
- While Rootvale is technically a Racial capital, it can't quite be called as such when compared to other Racial capitals. Halfling cities are extremely spread-out, and population density of any note is rare. Halfling villages are really all connected to each other, and you only know where a "City" is, because that is where the Town Hall is located.
- Rootvale has the largest Mechanic's guild in the Mortal Plains, mostly due to Brunstead Agamane, though it wasn't small before her.
