Halfling
Halflings, like most races, are native to the Mortal Plains. The majority of Halflings live among the tunnel cities, the capital of which is Rootvale. Halfling civilisation is ruled by a Chieftain, with each tunnel city having a Root Leader reigning that specific city, as more of an administrator than an actual ruler. Halflings are known for their technical and engineering abilities.
