Guntar himself doesn't do so much of his traditional Root-Chief duties, mostly due to the fact that Solomon Agamane lives in Rootvale, and as the Ruler of the halfling race, tends to overtake most of the actual leadership duties. Guntar has been reduced to more of a civic servant and administrator roll.
