Scieno
Scieno is the high elf nation in Rúnlic and tends to be the most prominent in the area. The nation is a republic with towns and cities sending representatives based on the population. While is it considered a high elf nation, it's central location and large cities mean many different peoples come visit and make the city home. The capital of Scieno, Smae , is also the headquarters of the Rúnlic alliance since it is very well defended and centrally located. This make Scieno a very powerful force in local politics.
Scieno constist of three main cities, Albe , Seolfor , Smae , and many smaller settlements.
