Albe
Albe is one of the three primary cities of the elvish republic of Scieno. It is the center of art, culture and learning. Academies, libraries and museums are common place in the city. The city also has a large number of temples to the various gods. it is a beautiful city. Many high elf nobles tend to have homes here to winter in.
