The one of the three primary cities and the capital of Scieno. It is also the center for the Rúnlic Alliance. It's centralized location to Rúnlic makes in a center of trade, commerce, and diplomatic relations between the factions. While it is a high elf city, it has a very diverse city with all those who pass through the city.
