Silentmire
The city of Silentmire was built near the bend of the Phoenix's Tail River where it turns to flow towards Shanksville . This allowed them to prosper as a stopover for trade heading toward and from Neilhelm Capitol.
The city is also famous for the Phoenix's Tail Canal, a waterway magically created to flow toward the cliffs of Hollowlight to further bolster trade.
