Neilhelm Capitol
Neilhelm is a huge circular city that lies at the base of a mountain in the center of the country that shares its namesake.
The city is spilt by several walls, such that there are 5 sections within Neilhelm's main wall. The sections do not represent class divisions, but more of cultural ones with the exception of the central district. Though humans are the primary population throughout the city each outer section is more populated by other races.
The Northern section (The Tunnels)- has strong Dwarvish roots and is primarily populated by Dwarfs, Goliaths, and Dragonborns.
The Southern section (The Burrows)- has strong Halfling roots and is primarily populated by Halflings and Kenkus.
The Eastern section (The Woods)- has strong Eleven roots and is primarily populated by Elves, Gnomes, and Tabaxi.
The Western section- has strong Human roots but despite that still sees a larger population of Tieflings, Half-Elves, and Half-Orcs.
The Central section- is where the wealthy live. It also contains a fairly grand temple district and houses the government buildings including the 'Pyre' which serves as the meeting place for Circle of Six.
OUTER City: There are several farms, stables, and garrisons that are dotted about the outside of the the city walls except in the forest to the west.
