The Holy Order of Sister Alessia, also known as Alessian Hospitaliers is an organization established by Sister Alessia of the Seven Cities.   Until 1878, there were numerous organizations in the Lucian Faith that operated as charities to help war torn regions, however they often only acted in small regions or did not fully emcompass the whole situation within those regions.   In 1876, Sister Alessia began attempting to combine many of these efforts. Amidst the devastating mid-century border conflicts between the southern Deshar Theocracies and the coastal states of Azora, Sister Alessia organized many of these smaller branchs together to help coastal Azora in recovery. They became known as the "Alessian Hospitaliers".   In 1878, following their success, the Lucian Faith activated an age-old censure and gave Sister Alessia the full command to combine or disband these organizations and formed the largest organization the church had under its command that was not meant for evangelicalism or militarism. However, Alessia would not live to see their extent into the modern age, as she would be killed defending an Adrausii Field Hospital during the Desh Interregnum War.   At first, the Lucian Faith claimed they were in the process of launching holy crusaders against both sides of the Sultanate of Desh, but later recalled this claim after it was discovered her death was actually done by the command of Drausk officers in the field.
