Brundul Saugiss

Willowy individual standing at 5'8''. Brundul has light blue eyes and curled black hair, along with a long, curled mustache. He has smooth fair skin with sharp, rugged features, looking like a man that takes care in his appearance.

He often wears well tailored outfits of leather with several buckled straps and a long flowing red cape.

Brundul seems to be a outgoing and well spoke individual, which fits his noble background. More so, he has an determined glint to his eyes and is always examining his surroundings for the best folks to speak with. His drive to expand socially is noted as he represents the interests of the Saugiss family, a powerful noble family from the Empire. They are also the family from which the princess, who married into the royal family, hails from. Most rumors suggest that like many prominent nobles, Brundul and his family can represent powerful allies or dangerous enemies.   He attended the Heroes of the Coast tournament to keep in the public eye while recruiting any capable talents. He grew interested in Invictus FISH due to their varying backgrounds and capable skills, which would work well for his goal. He first shared pieces of the job with Hope Varondel, only vaguely alluding to a task for the Saugiss family. Eventually, the party grew interested in the job, especially when the possible reward for completion was revealed. Brundul ensured that the party would be encouraged not to share the details of the task by having them agree to arcane pact cast by his mage. He shared that he was looking for capable individuals to find a solution to the dilemma of his sister, the Princess of the Dwendalian Empire. Suria Saugiss was unable to produce an heir with the Crown Prince, Eidys Dwendal, for unknown reasons. Brundul promised that the party would be granted entrance into the Saugiss estate and that he would help to the best of his abilities in finding the solution. Afterwards, he returned to the Saugiss estate in Rexxentrum, where the party was expected to meet with him.   When the party arrived in Rexxentrum after many weeks of travel, they contacted Brundul via Sending spell to notify him. He sent his head servant, Loracyn, to retrieve the party and bring them to the estate. Upon their arrival, Brundul sat down with the party to review the goals of the job he had hired them for, while warning them of the dangers that could come up. His focus was on keeping things hidden and for the party to use their varying backgrounds efficiently. To help in the city, Brundul gifted the party a badge representing the Saugiss family interests and forged documents regarding the party's status as an alternate mercenary party hired by the Saugiss family. Since then, Brundul has been setting up a meeting between the party and his sister, Princess Suria Dwendal.
