The people of El-Dorado have lived in seclusion for centuries. Because The Touched who were in control of the city, (which are currently the priests from the Temple of Kisin), became greedy and wanted the gift of the Gods for themselves. For a time this was a good thing, because it kept those who wanted to harm the city away.

The people inside are beautiful city, are content. All humans, no Genies, Fairies or other creatures that life inside the Fairytale Forest. Everyone has his/her job to do inside our city.
Government
El-Dorado is ruled by a King, and he is assisted by the High Priest of the Temple of Kisin. Or rather, King Nacon Voltan is more a puppet of the High Priest.

But both have their own job, and it somehow works. The people are content, there is food, there is no sickness, no strive. But there is only one religion, only one God that is being woreship. And every one who would go against the Temple of Kisin faces death.
