Strong support corralum is seeded and then shaped to form ventricle support structures.

By the end, the city is already a kilometer tall in growth.

This phase begins with the construction of Abyssal docks and ends with the production of geological survey equipment.

The corralum grows around the buildings set in.

Underground transitways and under city facilities are laid out. This can include cargo and passenger lines, and is designed to create criss-cross grids across the cities perimeter.

Some early colonists can begin living in the city as it grows over them.

To protect the lower and upper levels from flooding, a massive cistern system is installed to allow the movement of water between city sections and if needed out of the city entirely.

This cistern provides water treatment and reservoir storage as well.

After one layer of basement-level utilities such as networking, electronics, and plumbing, the upper city is constructed.

At this point, colonists will be phased in to live in the buildings as they are completed.

The final stage of the city building process is building any above surface structures and a full abyssal level inspection to ensure no pillars are being compromised by the build.

At the end of the cap, a city-wide festival is held for an entire week.
