Efren

Efren had been within the Feywild Expanse - but as the shift of border spread throughout Kutloc, Efren returned to being within the Prime Material Plane. It is to the East of Vartol.

It is town located on the tropical plains, where the vegetation is thick. Efren is comprised mostly of Tiefling, Halfling, Gnomes and Genasi. They are a sophocratic (literally meaning governed by the wise) constitutional monarchy that worships many deities, none having a clear majority.

The Town Square

It is which is relatively large and astonishingly well-kept. Has border of flowering bushes with stone seating. 

The Speared Boar

Drinking Tavern
A quite large bar that is absolutely spotless, and is known for its wooden-chopping competition held weekly, delicious spit-roasted boar once a week, and holding pool competitions.
Accommodation is in separate cabins - 4 beds per cabin with indoor toilets.

General Goods
A small general store -run by a confident Halfling female named Josie Lightfoot - it is reasonably tidy, and is known for wide range of goods on sale.

Oakley's Specialty Meats

Butcher
Owned by a cunning Tiefling male Burnten whose specialty is trying to pass of strange vegetable creations as real meat, and creating sausages from rodents.

The Bright Needle

Tailor
Pimwol - serious - male Firbolg - their specialty is doing free fittings for suits and adding luminous dyes to clothing.

Cold Silver

Blacksmith
A large smithy - friendly Human male Ivan Walburn) that's strangely tidy, and is known for its blatantly amateur weapons and armour.

The Open Purse

Bathhouse
An average sized massage parlour that is rather clean and minimalistic - has been questioned for slave trading. All the people here have a price. Owned by a tall, fiery madam Tiefling female Herma Hilt - with a no-nonsense attitude.

The Efren College

Professor Verthica - a fat, but muscular male Dragonborn - who holds himself tall and expects respect from everyone
Professor Liftrasa Metalhood - a mid thirties female Dwarves - somewhat tiny and rather round, and has green eyes with light tan skin - most notable physical trait of Liftrasa is that she has a neck that looks to small for their head - Liftrasa swears often - very cautious - when is relaxed, she is thoughtful - in moments of stress, becomes practical - teach to anyone willing to pay a number of subjects

Efren Cemetery

A cemetery that is quite large, occupying several acres of land and is situated near a row of beautiful blossom trees - on the hill on the edge of town. The path is lined with Lycoris - Red Spider Lilies.
