Vartol
The town of Vartol is located in The Feywild Realm, halfway along the Eastern coast of the Fen Sounds within Kutloc. Once a peaceful, pretty town, it was claimed by The Enchantress Ezmia as her homebase.
When The Wild Mother entrapped the town, as The Wild Mother tried to stop the growing power of The Enchantress Ezmia, she used a great deal of her strength and sanity (which was already weakened by the Lands trauma). Before leaving Kutloc for good, The Enchantress 'unlocked' the Tavern known as The Pitcher from the town of Vartol - so it roams semi-freely through the Feywild Expanse to find "patrons" (food for the Black Pudding family).
Town contains a small grove of walnut trees along side a small apple orchard * worker = Verena Loxwood - female half- Goliath),
Pheasant roost - Farmer Walter Tark.

THE LIGHT REST
surrounded by a healthy garden of food and medicinal ingredients - place of rest which contains Chapel of Hiatea.* Hiatea is the giant goddess of nature, agriculture, hunting, females, and children. Her symbol is a flaming Spear.
* Chapel is the only place of peace and kindness left in Vartol - it is a hospice, healthcare, midwifery and chapel to - fixtures are all platinum
* Priest Cornelius Lendys (known fondly as Len) is a an elderly balding Human of a broad build dressed in clean, frequently mended robes accompanied by seven canaries. He is calm, a bit absent-minded and speaks few words with eyes of lost (remembers nothing from before living in Vartol)

* Sister Farona Miaqirelle Wirnol - pale blue Firbolg female, with mid blue hair - assisted by Len - she is a midwife, gardener, hunter (cannot go far has little knowledge of before Vartol (except remembers a graveyard) is really the missing The Platinum Dragon Lendys transformed.
Geography
The town is located 100ft from the eastern shore of Fen Sounds, part of the original Feywild, about midway between the Spear and where the river reaches the southern tip of the sounds. The trees of the Feywild surround the village, though the forest gets a bit sparse if one travels due south-west along the shore. It is entrapped in a a jarred section of land, which is not reachable except if with in The Pitcher Tavern when it "shifts".
