Carr is a slum in the Tuck region - far West in the Malnax continent.
Temple of The Raven Queen
Temple to The Raven QueenA run-down building of solid black stones - looks creepy and medieval church like - inside is silent and eerie. Used mainly for funeral rites. Surrounded by sacred ground and a nearby gravestones.
Also contains a small orphanage - that is really one toilet attached to a room of 10 mattresses - dry nd warm, but rather dull
Priest = Torus. Tall slender male Human with dark watchful eyes and children are scared of him. Deep, rough voice. Walks slow with purpose. Knows City Guard are corrupt - so sticks his long nose in where not always wanted.
The Sly Knave
InnA shabby adventurer's inn, said to be a front for the Assassins of the Thieves' Guild. The tables are screwed to floor. Poorly-lit with lower windows are nailed shut.
Innkeeper = Gerry Male Human Mercenary, Neutral. Gerry is short, with blonde hair and deep blue eyes. When outside Inn wears chain mail and wields a long sword and shield. Gerry is decisive and possessive over secrets.
The Floral Thief
Drinking TavernA grand dwarven pub - food and beverages only, decorated with dungeon doors. Inside is very warm and welcoming. It is the most dry place in the slum on a rainy day. Home-cooked meals and cheap mead.
Pub owner = Dwarves female named Akaga. Akaga has copper hair and light amber brown eyes. She wears a floral tunic and green pants. Akaga is believes the city guards are corrupt.
Anrey's Forge
BlacksmithA modest workshop, built atop an outcrop of volcanic rock at edge of Carr. Anrey Blackfist is a young Tiefling who on finishing his apprenticeship could only afford to open a forge in Carr.
Glorious Things
Black MarketA shop that is laid out in careful order, only known to Del. He has a security system of birds around the two exits.
Owner = Del "Delaquar" Leathercap - Halfling male - wears wool waistcoasts and matching cap.
