Razor Glacier
The city of Razor Glacier is a sanctuary in an inhospitable land. It is led by clerics of Helec "Spirit of Revival, Fire, and Crafting who offer the protection of their god in the land. Even though the land surrounding the city is a frozen tundra with icy glaciers, they city remains warm due to the magic of the clerics. Every year, they hold a festival called The Ritual of the Life Giver's Flame. They hire a group of adventurers to ascend Doomedge Peak and retrieve the Oil of Helec, which is used to fuel their magic.
Climate
While the city itself is usually warm like the southern lands, all of the land surrounding it is a frozen tundra. People coming and going from the city have to be attired appropriately or they could end up dead encased in ice.
