Lanach
The town of Lanach is a coastal town that started to grow to the wide variety of sea life that could be found around. They have recently started to build temples to the Spirit Donnen: The Tempest in hopes of allowing the town to stay safe from storms. The town is quickly growing, especially since nomadic people from the north are sailing their boats down from Aos'rin to reside in the town.
The power of the town has increased within the realm of Saroya since the discover of salt mines along the northern coast lands. Salt is a precious commodity in the realm and also allows them to preserve their fish for the winter months and also to send it to the other settlements of the realm. Of course control of this salt mine has put them into contention with Montair, a city to the north.
Demographics
Mostly humans live in the town, but they were not the area's original inhabitants. The area was settled by a clan of Tanun and Levillan who were trying to survive against a city of Umizu "Merfolk" that is just north of the town.
Government
The King of the Nathar rules the town and while the humans do have advisors in his government; they do trust his rule.
