Fathalom
The underground City of Fathalom is located in the Passage of Caverns. It is known as the Waytown, the middle of the passage of caverns where caravans can restock their wares and rest from the trials of the passages.
There are four districts that the city is made up of, the Trading District, the Farming District, the Lake District, and the Mineral District. Each of these districts has three representatives that they elect but the Mineral District (being the most important) has four representatives.
Demographics
The population is made up of all different races. For the most part they are pretty equal, although dwarves have been emmigating more to the city as it grows.
Government
The government is a republic that is elected every five years from prominent members of each district. Each district has 3 representatives with the Mineral District having 4.
Defences
Each of the districts fields 200 standing guards who help protect their district. During times of war this number is increased as every citizen between the age of 15 to 45 are expected to serve.
Industry & Trade
Itherium is the most valuable trade that the city has but they also serve as a midway point for the caravans that travel in The Wilds and the Passage of Caverns
Infrastructure
The City is one of the fastest growing regions, even though it is underground. The Farming District is constantly making improvements to how the farm underground.
In the eastern section of the city there is a port that connects to a series of passages that connect to the massive underground lake known as Lake of the Naga.

Assets
Itherium is the biggest asset of the city with their veins of the mineral being highly valued by the mages of Isle Of Mystrium
