Salvadore's Moonrunners

"They came to my home one night, asking for food and shelter. I was raised not to turn away a stranger in need, so I welcomed them into my home. My husband made extra portions for them, we served up our warmest mead. After I tucked my children in upstairs, we spent the evening talking. They told us they were traveling merchants. They seemed friendly enough, despite their rough appearances. Then they... they attacked us. I don't know what we did to provoke them. One of them threw the table over, drew out a knife, and plunged it into my husband's chest. Another drew a pistol and shot me, while another went upstairs with a sword. When the screams stopped, they kept hacking away, enjoying every second of it. After they were done, they left without a word. They didn't kill me. It was like they wanted me to survive, to remember, to live with it for the rest of my life..."

Structure

The second Moonrunner cell is based in the Outlands and run by Mosconi’s younger and more volatile lieutenant, Salvador Bishop. Bishop’s cell handles the rougher and more dangerous side of the Moonrunner empire, engaging in such activities as gun running, ammo manufacturing, and extortion. While Mosconi’s side buys off politicians and lives in luxury, Bishop’s has to deal with the gang wars and dangerous trade deals. It should come as no surprise that there’s been some friction between the two leaders in recent years, as Bishop grows bitter towards his mentor for having to do all the legwork. Still, despite the conflict, Bishop remains loyal to Mosconi, and is relatively happy to stay in the less glamorous operation if it means he can keep engaging in his favorite pastime; ruthless, bloody violence.

Public Agenda

While the Moonrunners' one and only goal seems to be accumulating wealth by any and all illicit means, Salvadore's cell relishes in extreme violence. Even when his operations are successful, Salvadore has been known to frequently butcher civilians regardless.
