Collegium Magae
The Collegium Magae is a secret guild of arcane scholars dedicated to preserving the magical traditions displaced by the Lexians. The majority of its membership is made up of wizards, sorcerers, warlocks, and theologians.
At its founding, the Collegium Magae was tied to the throne of the Southsea Empire, with many notable members serving as court wizards, diviners, and other scholarly advisors. However, the College was forced to go underground after Emperor Tiberius' conversion to the Lexian faith in 1047 IA. In the centuries following the Southsea Conversion, the College has worked in the shadows to undermine the Lexians' extermination of the arcane arts.
Throughout the lands of Erdenfold, the Collegium's outposts and branches can be found in or around major cities ruled or threatened by the cult.
