Qesith of the Icea
Qesith is the sitting Governor of Ponte on Althena. During the Bravia invasion, Qesith became the hinge on which Ponte swung between panic and protocol.
He was the first figure of authority in Althena to discover the coming storm, all thanks to the party. The lands he controls were plagued by raiders from the North Sea Empire—Grak Urval—, or so he thought. He placed a bounty on the heads of the raiders, and the party went out to collect, eager for some blood and coin. This resulted in gaining more evidence of what was to come: that these raiders were disguised Bravians, there to drive a wedge between Althena and Grak Urval.
Armed with this info, Qesith organised preparations to meet the invaders, warning the Owlin Council and fortifying the city of Ponte.
This eventually bought Althena and the party enough time to present the invaders with a damn good reason to leave (the proof of Medacnan's betrayel), saving the city.
