Cesul

An Owlin member of the Darklight Guardians and mediator to the Owlin Council. He got in the picture when the party got assigned by the governor of the Althenan city of Ponte to kill a band of North Sea raiders. In doing so, the party discovered that the raiders were in fact Bravians pretending to be North Sea raiders in order to cause a rift between tributary and master. A mysterious Owlin with a grey streak of feathers along his face helped the Bravians in their subterfuge. Evading Cesuls attempts to stop the party, the party finally encountered him inside the Darklight Guardian HQ and defeated him, but kept him alive. He revealed his plan: to turn the people of Althena against their North Sea overlord so that they would be free. He believed that the invaders will get destroyed by Etuna. Hootalin chastized him for acting as a conduit of Etuna, and Cesul became conviced of Hootalin's connection to Etuna, and wished to serve her. However, Warden Zeith and his Wardens of the Owlin Council arrested Cesul, and impisoned him as a traitor to Althena.
