Born in 1026 Ivar Stormrider, inherited his father's pioneering spirit and unwavering dedication. Assuming the title of Head of House Stormrider in 1056 after his father Aldric Stormrider died. Under Ivar's House Stormrider transformed the newly acquired lands into a thriving center of trade and commerce. The Seafall Docks were enlarged and expanded during this time and Seafall, becoming a hub for maritime activities and opening up opportunities for economic growth.

It was also during Ivar's rule rampant piracy plagued the shores of Seafall. To combat this and keep the trade routes open, Roland created the Tide Guard Marauders Ivar equipped these soldiers with well made chain shirts and armed them with tridents and nets to make combat at sea easier. The Tide Guard continue to serve as city guards, and the only non militia fighting force Seafall has at its disposal.

Ivar died in 1087 at the age of 61, leaving behind a single Daughter Hilde Stormrider
