Balius

Balius is a Demonborn; a rare sight in Elysia. He rules the refugee town of Murkwald. He allows all races safe haven from Almara within Murkwald. Using a powerful enchantment, he keeps the town hidden from her gaze. Balius conducts business with the outside world using the local Goblins that take up shelter in the Murkwald mines. Their connection to the Undermine allows them to traffic goods, gold and refugees into and out of the town. Balius has allowed ghosts, undead, goblins and ogres to coexist in relative peace.

The de facto 'mayor' of Murkwald. A bookish, powerful Demonborne that keeps to himself but cares deeply for the people and safety of his town. He has a calm and collected personality, showing little change in emotion.
