Demonborn

Demonborn are beings formed from humanoid races that consort with or are fused with the dark magic that forms a Hellborne. Demonborn will gain different abilities depending on the parent race. their kind is rare and they are hated by all races. Very few Demonborn exist in Elysia, preferring to take shelter from the other races in the far reaches of the planar dimensions. When Demonborn find others of their own kind, they usually form tribes to protect each other. Many factions of Demonborn are aggressive by nature but retain markedly civilized societies and interactions, unlike other demons which frequently war against each other in a bid for power. Unlike true demons, Demonborn keep their form for life, unable to consume another’s essence to ascend the ranks of power. Life as a Demonborn is harsh and unforgiving and those that shelter them should be prepared to face the consequences of their own race for harboring the spawn of a genocidal species.
