Horse God of the Plains

The open plains symbolize unbrideled freedom, which Cavallo cherishes above all else. He is the patron god of Centaurs, horsemen, and nomads. He reviles slavers and kidnappers, and his devotees punish such people with extreme prejudice. His symbol is a horse head wreathed in wheat stalks. Shrines built to honor Cavallo are usually simple structures made of raw branches and sticks with a plain stone slab where offerings of wheat and fruit can be laid. Many tribes that wander the Prospra Fields worship him even before The Five. His most devout worshipers are the Horsemen of Cavallo, who ride out from the plains to punish those who would take others against their will without just cause.

Among the other gods, it is said the Cavallo is closest to the God of Winds and also has good relations with both Kaison and Iliana.
