Cocktail inspired by the White Dragon
Manufacturing process
Chill glass. Add vodka, white chocolate liqueur, and white creme de menthe to a cocktail shaker and top with ice.
Shake ingredients until well mixed, and strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with chocolate slab.
Full disclosure: this one is actually just a Mint Chocolate Martini. Not a unique cocktail, but one that already exists. C’mon though… it’s perfect for a white dragon! And that’s what these dragon cocktails are all about! The minty coolness and the sweet chocolate play so well together.
So this one is a modified vodka martini, similar to our Bolt from the Blue. Simply add all of your liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, shake, and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish this one with a small slab of chocolate, normal, white, or even dark depending on your preference.
I don’t really have much to add here, besides being mindful to get white creme de menthe, and not green. Flavor-wise, there is a small difference, but it’ll look different for sure!
Also, avoid anything “cream”. Creme de liqueurs are still a spirit based liqueur, and only “creamy” in texture when seen in relation to other liqueurs. They have no dairy in them whatsoever.
