Lord Fernando Ismael Valentino de Escobar is a human noble in Cardona. He is 41 years old, with short black hair and a well-manicured beard. He is a member of Cardona’s council and serves as a liaison for the party during their stay in Cardona. Ferndando or Lord FIVE as the performer Serafin, Quell has called him is a grounded law-abiding individual who seems to be newer to his station than the other nobles (which is probably why he was assigned his task). During a welcoming banquet for the party, a halfling bard by the name of Serafin Quell, his performance was cut short by Lord Escobar for he had deemed the contents of his poem as inflammatory against the Sovereign.
