Once diplomatic relations were established, a small group of diplomats (guarded by members of Manticorps) made their way into the Kingdom of Hazra.

After several meetings in neutral zones at the edge of the savanna, the Central Territories, Dwarven Collective, and representatives/guards from both Manticorps and the Smiltan Exploration Society were allowed to visit the mysterious country of Hazra in a group that totaled fifty people. The trip was highly publicized, and extensive logs were kept detailing the entire trip, which took the visitors to the Hazran capital of Stormhaven. Shows of wealth, culture, and history were presented to the group. The other two kingdoms also made an appearance, having never met anyone from Greater Smiltis, as it was now referred to.

Surprised at the strength and size of the newfound kingdoms (Hazra alone could equal a quarter of the population of Greater Smiltis), the representatives of Greater Smiltis decided that any conflict with Arheim would end in heavy casualties on their side, and any ideas of invasion were instantly quashed. The people of Arheim were equally subdued once they witnessed the superior technology and magic that the collection of regions had amassed.

Once the initial realization of either side's power wore off, the business of trade deals, treaties, and passport laws were started. Negotiations lasted the better part of a year, and deals regarding border rights and trade deals were finalized. Embassies were formed in Stormhaven, Sandshear, and Marq'hoj so that the countries might better understand one another, and caravans began to float up and down the river, sharing wealth from exotic lands.
