First Contact Between Arheim and Smiltis

The first time a native arhen and a smiltan encountered one another.

During an expidition to explore a recently discovered river in the new world, Master Scouts Povi Adranas and Szava Orterri made contact with a group of natives in the area. Though there had been reports of sightings of a mysterious group of people, this was the first time a confirmed sighting had been made. Povi, a legendary wizard native to the Disk, used magic to allow he and his group to understand the language the native, a huntress called Vinata Vezu, and quickly learned of an entire civilization that existed and thrived completely separated from Smiltis, just has his had. Both sides knowing that this was a crucial moment for both cultures, they did the best they could to remain peaceful as they sent word back to their respective governments with the news of the encounter.
