Pardoned Criminal Inn
One of the more popular inns in Starkshore. There is a small eating area and a talented cook, but contrary to what its name suggests it provides a subdued atmosphere unlike the other two inns in town, both of which have bars and live music.
It costs five gold a night per room, and usually requires prior booking if you want to stay there for more than a couple of days. The price includes two meals, a pint of milk, and a honey roll each day. The rooms are also built with more secure locks and thicker walls to provide privacy, and the mattresses are made with goose down.
It is owned and operated by a man named "Blue Leg" Fallow who is the pardoned criminal in question, though he rarely goes into detail about his past.
Denizens
Most people staying at the inn are prominent traders staying for the night or minor nobility that are too proud to stay with Lord Shadwer.
