Dubuisson Mines
A small mine located just outside of Clonmeath. It is safe from the undead thanks to a Hallow spell being cast on the area, and now is a functioning silver mine. Its existence is a decisive topic in the city.
Purpose / Function
To mine silver out of the ground underneath the property.
Alterations
While the property was originally just a small farmhouse and several fields, it now boasts four houses to hold the workers and foreman and only one field (as supplementary revenue until the mine begins to come into operation). There are also two mine shafts, though they are not deep.
History
The property sat for unused for decades after its owners mysteriously vanished and the cursed undead started wandering around. It was sold at auction to a Mrs. Dubuisson for just a few silver. Little did the other bidders know that she had information that the property was sitting above a moderate vein of silver. Now it is home to over a dozen workers, all who earn a healthy living under Dubuisson's payroll.
