Teugali is a small, child-like elf from The Elvish Forest- Pintosehnlin wandering the Elgian map. Teugali is a weak shadow mage who has mastered using the Shadow form technique to accent his ability to creep around undetected and use his blades to quickly and silently kill his targets.

Teugali's form is thin and lithe, with the exception of the telltale baby fat clinging to his cheeks. His skin is a deep, blueberry blue, his hair slate grey, his eyes a pupilless white, and the tips of his ears pointed at the tips.

On the back of Teugali's neck is a old burn mark in the shape of a loop of chain.

Teugali is a master at the Shadow form technique, which allows him to "sink" into shadows and travel through them.
