Lux Lightcarver ((Luh-ks))
Lux Lightcarver is a former military weapon living on the west bank of Eadomhain Lake with his wife Iyah.
He appears to be a military man: tall, built, and scarred, his face set in stone and his expressions stilted. His shaggy dirty blonde hair passes over sharp brown eyes that flicker across his surroundings. His wide chest is plated with pearly white dragon scales, overlapping like plate mail.
Lux is the Light Dragon-kings, inhabited by the Dragon Gods Aktinovolia.

Personal history
Born in Caisleanarnoc in 408 Metah , Lux was left to grow up with his grandfather, a gruff old man who was an Ardetinian soldier and served in many skirmishes with Mavanish soldiers. Growing up with these stories of sacrifice and bravery, Lux trained his light magic with the intention of becoming a mage for the nation.
When he became aware of his Godling status, Lux eagerly dedicated himself and his light to the Ardetus Nation. Unfortunately, Lux's naivete and good intentions were exploited by shadowy higher-ups. Lux was subjected to experiments, tortuous training, and turned into a human weapon. Still entrapped in his fantastical version of events, Lux didn't bat an eye as commands filtered down to him that required the slaughtering of suspected revolutionists within Ardetinian borders.
It was only after his hands were caked in the blood of innocents that the illusion shattered and Lux fled with his future wife, Iyah. Pursued by his former comrades, the two spent years fleeing across the Elgian map. It was in the Dyichos mountains that the two were pinned. Lux fought valiantly, but with his weakened magic and the wear of fleeing, he was defeated easily. It was only by using a sachel full of sheep's blood and miscellaneous hunks of meat that they tricked the Ardetinian forces into believing he and Iyah slipped off the edge of a cliff and splattered on the rocks far below.
Now free of tails, the two snuck back into the Ardetus Nation and settled in their remote location.
Employment
Lux uses his weaponized light magic to make art, specifically, Lightcarving. Lightcarving involves studying a scene, capturing it in the mind, and emblazoning it into a material -usually wood- using light magic. While something of a novelty, there are some who will pay many coins for such a service.
