Charlotte Twilight
Charlotte Twilight
Hi folks! I'm Charlotte Twilight—a powerful wizard-in-training at Truelance Academy, striving to become the next Ace of Will. I'm currently studying multiple arcane disciplines and have already mastered several languages. One day, I’ll become the Wizard Queen of this country, guide its people with wisdom, and let magic flourish more than ever before.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Charlotte Twilight is unusually lean for a Catfolk, with a lithe and agile build. Her raven-black hair is cut short in a style reminiscent of a calico—primarily black, with scattered patches of orange and white. She has striking lavender eyes, and the feline ears atop her head are highly expressive and animated.
Special abilities
So, what should you know about my special abilities? Well, my natural magic manifests as Shadow Hands—a spell that lets me summon any book I want to read, more or less. Handy, right?
I’ve studied at the RTR and am well-versed in several schools of magic and elemental arts. I don’t limit myself to a single focus—if I aim to become the Wizard Queen, I need to understand it all. That said, I do have a strong affinity for Will-tied spells, since Will is the foundation of all wizardry. Mastering it means mastering the core of every spell.
I’m particularly proficient with darkness, fire, and earth magic—they come naturally to me. However, I struggle a bit with light and wind. As for my favorite schools? Conjuration and Transmutation, without a doubt. There's something thrilling about summoning entities from the metaverse into our world or transforming one thing into another. It fills me with pure joy—and deep admiration for the art itself.

Personal history
So, you want to know how I got where I am? Honestly, it’s not some grand tale. I grew up in a city called Brightstone, one of the cities scattered across the Gaia Islands. My parents were kind and loving—wonderful bakers, actually—but by the time I turned eight, it became clear they couldn’t keep up with my… well, intensity. Neither could my siblings. They teased me, calling me “smarty-pants” like it was a bad thing.
But I loved knowledge. Still do. I devoured books like they were air. To me, understanding the world meant being able to fix it—make it better, help people, solve problems. Sure, my view was a little skewed back then. I thought most people were just too lazy or dull to think like I did.
But my parents—gods bless them—they made one of the smartest moves of their lives. They scraped together what they could and sent me to Truelance Academy.
That’s where everything changed. There, I met rivals who challenged me and others who shared my hunger for understanding. But the turning point? That came when I met Wizard King Cornelius Ferb.
I’d just gotten into a heated argument about why we use magic the way we do—and why certain laws even exist for it. I was furious. I remember yelling that maybe I should just gather all the power myself and fix everything.
Then he asked me one simple question:
“Would magic be any fun if it was always the same? Same spells. Same formulas. No variations, no surprises. Wouldn’t you get bored?”
Of course I said yes.
He smiled and said,
“Good. Then understand this—magic is beautiful because it’s complex, mysterious, and diverse. And so are people. If you love magic for its layers and possibilities, learn to love people the same way. Some are strong, some are weak, but those who understand more should help others rise. Even the gods do that for us.”
Then he added,
“And never forget—you’re only here because your parents believed in you.”
That last part hit me hard. I’d always thought they were just trying to get rid of me, that I was too much for them. But they weren’t pushing me away. They were lifting me up.
That’s when everything changed. That’s when I knew I didn’t just want to master magic—I wanted to help others understand it too. I wanted to become like Mr. Ferb.
One day, I will become the Wizard Queen. And when I do, I’ll guide people—just like he guided me.

Education
I received my basic education at Remy’s Elementary School, but truth be told, most of my real learning came from libraries and bookstores. I spent countless hours buried in pages long before I ever made it to Truelance Academy. I’ve been studying here since I was sixteen.
Accomplishments & Achievements
I created my own version of the Detect Magic spell—one that lets me see and interpret auras, almost like how advanced machines read energy patterns. I can perceive subtle fluctuations in magical fields and elemental energy, far more precisely than most standard detection spells.
It's similar to some innate sensing abilities people have, but mine reaches farther, offers more detailed readings, and—naturally—costs more mana. I don’t teach it to others, and I don’t plan to. Not because I’m selfish, but because it’s genuinely dangerous. The amount of information it processes could overwhelm most minds, and without exceptionally trained eyes, it’s practically unusable.
Also... I worry about what certain people might do if they had unrestricted access to that kind of insight. Some spells are better kept personal.

Failures & Embarrassments
I'm not proud of it—and I’ll probably make mistakes like it again, though I hope never worse—but when I was younger, I thought I understood enough about the School of Restoration to take matters into my own hands.
One day during a field experiment, a classmate badly injured his arm. I was so confident in my abilities that we didn’t call for help. We didn’t want to get in trouble, so we tried to handle it ourselves. I believed I could heal him.
But I didn’t know enough.
I didn’t understand the kind of magical backlash he’d suffered or the deeper damage it caused. While we managed to stop the external injury, we missed the hidden consequences—mana poisoning had already begun to spread through his body. By the time anyone found out, it was too late. He got seriously ill, and they had to remove his arm to save his life.
That moment taught me something painful but necessary: no matter how much I learn, I can’t do everything. And sometimes, it's not just okay—it's wise—to ask for help from someone who truly specializes in a subject, rather than trying to master it all on my own.

Personality Characteristics
Motivation
So, people often ask me what motivates me to become the Wizard Queen. And yes—I'll admit it—part of it is for the recognition: my skills, my reputation, my knowledge. But let’s be honest, every wizard chases a bit of that. If they say otherwise, they’re either lying or delusional.
That said, my ambition isn’t just about prestige. I truly believe I can offer guidance, make meaningful changes, and use my abilities to help the entire country. I want to be someone who uplifts others, who shapes the future in a way that matters.
And deep down, I also want to give back—just as much as Wizard King Ferb once gave to me.

Vices & Personality flaws
I learned fast and tend to use it just as fast and not always think about the outcomes or the social norms Just want to help and prove myself.
Social
Hobbies & Pets
Alright, my two main hobbies? First—reading. I love books. Almost every kind, really. Almost being the key word—because I absolutely refuse to read those smutty, love-obsessed, hopeless romantic stories. Ugh. They're just awful.
Second, I love to tinker—taking things apart and putting them back together. It’s even more fun when I use Transfiguration magic. I mostly stick to simple objects, since I understand how they're constructed, at least in theory. Now, if you asked me to rebuild something physically with my hands? Not happening. But magically? Oh, absolutely. That, I can do.
