Adventure Academy
Adventuring academy was founded by Ellaria Feywing 300 years ago. it was one of the most prominent academy at the time for learning a wide variety of skills needed for doing adventuring jobs. Once Ellaria died, Barnard became the owner but he did not keep the school open.
As time has gone on, the academy has stayed in the minds of the people as a place to stay in when a nice roof and kitchen.
Now, the new owners have come to claim there house. and reinventions might be underway.

Design
a split house with two staircases leading to two different sides of the house. one side for student dorms, the other for guest and business.
Special Properties
house has a protection charm that prevents people from bringing in outside weapons, unless the owners of the building.
There is a bath house with running water and a laundry room in the basement.
Some rooms are enchanted with light magic or anti dust
