War of the Great Evil

Military: War

2005AoC
2178AoC

With the rise of Li'sin Ar and the great evil that rose with it the Savage Isles were quick to take action. Despite the war initially taking place on territory controlled by the Holy Order of Druids the many races of the Savage Isles were quick to unify once again and send out forces to stop it, although thise did not go well.

While the Holy Order of Druids did not officially allow anyone from the Savage Isles to go to the rest of E'ath, once an army stood at the gate demanding to be allowed to fight while the order had plenty to deal with already, they had no choice but to ease the restriction. Eventually more and more desperate measures got accepted as the great evil proved an ever greater enemy and the order got strechted thinner and thinner.   After first few battles ending in resounding defeat the mages of the Savage Isles began conducting experiments on how to accumulate ever larger amounts of magic and hit the great evil with it. This culminated towards the end of the war as one of the collages got the idea to fill an entire lake with a substance that changed water to be able to hold magic. This lake was then filled with magic for decades before Bob Goodbody killed the great evil. Unfortunately the lakes ended up containing so much magic power that it was impossible to dissapate it but not enough to fire it, so today the Magic Pools still stand guarded by the Holy Order of Druids.   As the war ended many from the Savage Isles had mirgated out for a myriad of reasons. Some to combine efforts from many magicians across E'ath others because they wanted to flee from the war. The allience of the Savage Isles had even given out support to those who wanted to migrate in hopes that the migrants could convince ever more races to join the fight. In the end the races of the Savage Isles had spread all across E'ath and to this day excists almost everywhere on E'ath.
