Nerilune

Nerilune is a ruin of a city located at the bottom of The First Scar. The city was once full of people but it unfortunately lay in the path of the devastating attack that brought E'ath into its second age. Although many of the buildings still stand, all of them are now underwater and none of its original residents live there anymore. There are some accounts that tell of aquatic species moving into the ruins but it seems likely that they too perished due to the unpredictable nature of the gulf.   Despite it being hard to live in, many adventurers have dived into the ruins in order to find treasure. While some still do this there is not much left to find and only the best or luckiest divers can now make a living doing so. Still many dream of finding the next big thing and so they continue diving down in hopes of finding a long lost vault or secret.   A recent discovery of a cave system under the city has caused many adventurers to flock to the place. Most aquatic species are however still reluctant to return to The First Scar in fear of how it might change, so most of the adventurers exploring the underwater caves are doing so through spells. This has proven to be even more deadly than normal with many conspiracies of murderers, organizations that does not want a secret to be found, or even the first signs that The First Scar might be undergoing a change to disable magic in its waters. This deadliness has however only increased the buzz around and the amount of adventurers that are traveling here in hope of finding treasure and fame is only increasing.
