The Burning God

Ahrn-Okoth, often called the Burning God, is an immensely powerful celestial entity. Like most celestial deities, he is not known for communicating with mortals, and his motivations are beyond the understanding of humanity. However, cults and followers of the Burning God have spread across Duurn, most prominently in the Hallowed Lands, where the Eternal Flame claims to have received messages and commands from him. It is widely believed that Ahrn-Okoth lives within the sun or is the sun himself.

Divine Goals & Aspirations

No one except perhaps the Lightbringers know Ahrn-Okoth's motivations, but his followers have created a theocratic state in Farkellia, called the Hallowed Lands. Whether this is an example of mortals' clever ability to use any system of belief to justify their own greed or an actual manifestation of Ahrn-Okoth's will is up for debate.

The Burning God has not been known to appear to mortals, but he is often depicted as a roiling ball of fire and plasma or as a humanoid figure emanating blinding light.
