Nico Caras
Nico Caras is a Kaisan military engineer and designer. He was the head of a commission in 1343 to redesign the Vasilakis Infantry Rifle Model 1315, to meet the changing conditions of the Last War. The commission's efforts resulted in the creation of the Ekilypo Vasilakis-Caras 1344, with its 3-round clip. Further developments resulted in a model with a 5-round clip in 1345.
