Lysander Argyros
Lysander Argyros is a Kaisan aristocrat in the Argyros family and a deputy to the Synekio Laida for the Kaisan Republican Party. He is one of the nephews of Agape Argyros and is currently favored as her successor.
He was married to Inez Clevenger of Dorn, prior to her execution by the Dorn National Front. He has two children with her, Gwendolen and Madoc.
His relationship with Inez was complicated. Despite the political nature of their marriage, he had romantic feelings for her. Inez was fond of him but did not return his feelings in the same way. This has put a strain on his relationship with Alice Stonewall, who was Inez's favored romantic consort. Further, his relationship with his children is distant, as his duties rarely enable him to spend time with them in Dorn. Despite this, he has put a great deal of resources and effort into getting Alice, Gwendolyn, and Madoc out of Dorn.
He lives in a sizeable estate in Krylissia.
Physical Characteristics
Lysander is a broad-shouldered man with curly black hair kept short and neatly styled. He wears clothing typically associated with the middle-class, despite his aristocratic upbringing, as part of his image as a republican politician.
