Kaisan-Argomaitian War
The Kaisan-Argomaitian War was a conflict between the Stommatate of Kaisan under Eugenos the Second and the Argomaitian Empire. The conflict was preceded by the slow decline of the Argomaitian Empire through a series of small wars and a decrease in control over its periphery. A series of smaller territorial skirmishes and raids between the Kaisans and the Argomaitians had occurred under both Eugenos the First and Eugenos the Second. The war ended when Luaple, the capital of the Argomaitian Empire, was sacked by the forces of Eugenos the First.
While some holdouts of the Argomaitian Empire remained following the war, this marked the end of the empire as a real historical force.
