Duli Pelnes
Duli Pelnes is the prime minister of the Socialist Republic of Mitaque and the chairman of the Socialist Workers Party of Mitaque. He was one of the officers that led the coup against the monarchy in Mitaque in 1321 CE. He has increasingly centralized power around himself, citing the threat of counter-revolution and foreign intervention as justification.
His writings since the coup have been central to the development of vanguardism as a formal political ideology.
