Jago Enmoor is a halfling who was raised as a ward of the Government of the Supreme Republic of Talle. He was raised to be a Dragonrider, one of an elite unite in the SRT's military. His dragon mount was Griffot.

Personal history
Jago was an unwanted child. He was born to a 15 year old mother who was raped by a man much older than she. The girls parents wanted to use a potion that would abort the pregnancy but by intervention of the court, she was allowed to carry to term. She gave the child up for adoption and when nothing was forthcoming, Jago became a ward of the state of Mayminster. The President of the Supreme Republic heard the story and ordered the Governor of Mayminster to turn over custody of Jago to the federal government. Jago was raised in the Presidential Manor. Part of this reason was because of a new training program for the Dragonriders of Talle which paired children with a young dragon so that a bond could form between the two, the theory being that the stronger the bond, the better the team. He currently holds the rank of Major in the Air Force of the Supreme Republic
