Apothis
Apothis is the primordial serpent of chaos, the ultimate antithesis of Order, and the eternal enemy of the gods. He rose from the Sea of Chaos at the very moment Ra and Thoth emerged, and his single purpose is the destruction of Draconia and its return to the void. He was grievously wounded by Ra and later imprisoned in the Eleventh Hour of the Twelve Hours of Night by Khepri and Horus. He is not considered a god by the pantheon, but a powerful, malevolent entity.

Apothis's creed is the complete destruction of the world. His followers, reviled by all of Draconia, seek only to dismantle order, slay the gods, and return all existence to the Sea of Chaos. They despise any form of control or hierarchy, viewing order as the ultimate sin.
Clergy and Temples
Open worship of Apothis is forbidden throughout Draconia. His cultists are the most secretive and violent, typically meeting in hidden cellars and dark places. They practice destructive rituals, sometimes involving human sacrifice. They once tried to increase the number of those serving Apothis by engaging in the practice of forced pregnancy through rape. Those responsible for this practice were convicted of crimes against morality by the International Court of Justice. Apothis's Grand Temple was eventually razed by an army of paladins of Khepri and Horus.Holidays

The servants of Apothis perform this ritual on the day that Apothis was bound.
The Sunless Sacrifice
This event takes place after sundown on the anniversary of the departure of Ra. The servants of Apothis sacrifice an “enemy of Apothis” to the serpent as they view that night as a victory (it is the Winter Solstace). The preferred sacrifice is a servant of Pelor, who they hate as Pelor was the one who bound Apothis in the Twelve Hours of Night.
