The Isidore d'Seville Cathedral
One look at the Isidore d'Seville Cathedral and it's hard not to marvel at the architecture of it; the large buttress roots of the pillar and the large stature of the cathedral spire reach upwards towards the heaven, connecting the wishes and prayers of the devout to their God. It has been a sacred place for the Roman catholic and continues to be so 400 years after it's founding. That said, it has not always been found at the heart of Kota Tua. Once it was found nestled between the high rise and the old city hall; the cathedral being the center of religious visits and pilgrimage. But to prevent it from being submerged underwater after the great flood, it was moved inland, where now it stands.
Purpose / Function
The cathedral remain to this era a place of worship since it's founding in the 1700's. Masses are held here regularly as well as weddings, baptism , etc.
Alterations
To avoid the great flood, the church spend most of the cathedral's treasury to enlist the help of Hyperlab . The solution that Hyperlab came up with is to install metal insect like legs underneath the church to let it relocate further inland. The foundation of the building was strengthen with thick metal plating and the legs are install underneath.

Neo Gothic in style. Think Gargoyles, buttress roots pillar support , marble and granite interior.
History
Built in the 1700 by Dutch colonialist, the church continues to grow until it's relocation before the great flood.
