Anything really goes with this one. But they are adept at smuggling and murder. They are quite a rowdy bunch, often holding bbq and party (for members only) at The New Harbour.
They are known to one another via a fin tattoo at the back of their hand

History
Founded in 2090, particularly by refugees that fled the many conflicts and natural disaster of the world. Stranded and with no official help in Batavia, they banded together and formed a gang to try and survive in Batavia. Because of their close proximity to the Harbour, they began to grow an affinity to the exchange of wares and the details it entails.
If you want something that the local supermarket or hardware store won't have in stock, the Harbour Fins will provide. Even if the wares are illegal and/or destructive.
