Isi

The Isi people are the inhabitants of Isinoki, the northernmost island in the Sunlit Horizon. They see themselves keepers of the old Kozoni traditions and value the rule of law very highly. In fact, they are known for their large compendium of old and new laws, that help them navigate the everyday.   The Isi are known for their general dislike of the other Kozoni ethnicities and for outsiders in general. When things go wrong and cannot be controlled, its often the outsiders who are blamed and are thought to have brought chaos to their land.
