Pinprick
The Pinprick used to be a Sphere. It still traces its original orbit as laid down by the Old Gods. It still has the same gravitational effect on the other Spheres. But it isn't there, at least not visibly.
One of the last battlefields of the Godswar, the Pinprick is what is left if you compress a Sphere to the size of a large ball. Nothing lives on it, astronomers cannot see it, but it is there and it still influences the Spheres.
