Mortals
Mortals are finite beings who are born of the Primal Forces within the Mortal Realm. As they grow they develop the power of their souls amplifying and reinforcing it through education, deeds, and will. Though the act of their will they can lend their power to another entity in the form of Devotion.
The most dynamic of these individuals can craft a soul for themselves that can withstand the destructive force of the Maelstrom, potentially allowing escape into the Ethereal Mists to become a Spirit free of ones body.
